Starting, testing, and adjusting

Which AI automation platforms are immediately available for businesses?

As of September 30, 2026, you can subscribe to Zapier, Make, n8n, Dust, Lindy, Gumloop, and ChatGPT Business today. Exact and AFAS already include AI.

On September 30, 2026, Dutch businesses can subscribe the same day to Zapier, Make, n8n Cloud, Dust, Lindy, Gumloop, and ChatGPT Business. Users of Exact Online, Dutch accounting software, and AFAS, Dutch business software, already have built-in agents. Copilot Studio and Salesforce Agentforce require existing environments. OpenAI Dots on Pro and Meta Muse are not yet available in the Netherlands.

We check same-day self-service without waitlists or sales, Dutch availability, language, and minimum purchase before work runs. Prices come from makers or dated readings of their pages. Availability ages within weeks; check the reference date.

The short answer

  • Four groups: self-service today; already in your software, Exact and AFAS; priced with prerequisites, Microsoft and Salesforce; unavailable in the Netherlands, Dots on Pro and Muse.
  • Free entry includes Make without time limits, Zapier with 100 monthly tasks, and self-hosted n8n.
  • Smallest paid entry ranges from about $9 monthly, annually paid Make Core, to €20, n8n Starter with 2,500 runs.
  • ChatGPT Business requires two users: at least $40 monthly Standard, or $200 Premium for Dots.
  • Pro Dots excludes the EEA, Switzerland, and UK. Muse supports only the US and Canada.
  • Exact Online lists four existing-customer agents; AFAS bundles Jonas. Both are Dutch and package-bound.
  • Relay.app closed in September 2026; Relevance AI no longer publishes entry pricing, despite late-September recommendations.
  • No self-service platform centers a Dutch interface, Exact, AFAS, and your shared mailbox.

What does “immediately available” mean?

Three tests must pass: account creation today without waitlist, demo, or quote; lawful working Dutch availability with usable invoices and accountable data location; clear minimum purchase.

“Get started” answers only self-service. It does not prove same-afternoon Exact connections, Dutch responses, or invoice recognition. Availability differs from setup speed: see quick platform implementation and choosing an orchestration platform.

Lists often omit location and minimum purchase. Toolradar checked maker prices in September 2026 without EEA coverage. MobileAppDaily listed Relay.app at $38 monthly on September 29, after new registrations stopped. Undated lists without survival checks mislead within a month.

Which platforms can you subscribe to today?

Seven platforms allow Dutch credit-card self-service on September 30, 2026. All are English-first, with Dutch accounting peripheral.

Platform Entry price, source and date Minimum purchase Data Language
Zapier Free, 100 monthly tasks; Professional from $19.99 monthly annually billed (UsagePricing, Sept. 28, 2026) Free two-step flows only (Toolradar, Sept. 2026); separate Agents Pro $33.33 monthly Zapier cloud, no self-hosting English
Make Free without time limit; Core about $9 annually billed or $12 monthly, 10,000 credits (Make, Sept. 30; AGNT, Sept. 24) Free: 2 active scenarios, every 15 minutes AWS EU or North America English
n8n Cloud Starter €20 monthly annually billed, 2,500 runs; Pro €50, 10,000 (Toolradar, Sept. 2026) Starter/Pro stop at cap, no paid overage Azure EU (n8n, Sept. 30) English; Berlin company
Self-hosted n8n €0 license (n8n, Sept. 30) Own server, updates, GDPR setup Your hosting location English
Dust Free 500 one-time credits; Pro €24 per user monthly annually billed (Dust, Sept. 30) Business up to 100 people US or EU choice English; French company
Lindy Plus $29.99 per user monthly, 3,000 credits (Lindy, Sept. 30) Per user; pauses when credit ends Hosted; SOC 2 and GDPR per maker English
Gumloop Pro from $37 monthly, 20,000 credits, 8% orchestration fee (Gumloop, Sept. 30) 14-day trial, then paid Unspecified on pricing page English
ChatGPT Business Standard $20 per user monthly annually billed (OpenAI, Aug. 24) At least 2 users (OpenAI, Sept. 30) OpenAI; residency only through Enterprise English; product also Dutch

EU hosting is now common: n8n, Dust, and Make offer it. Green Creatives says Make and Zapier process in American data centers (updated September 2026). Make’s “AWS (EU/North America)” contradicts that. Maker documentation takes priority.

Zapier claims “more than 9,000 apps” (September 30, 2026), but Dutch administration is peripheral. Connecting email, Excel, and Exact, Dutch accounting software, buys a construction kit. See existing-system integrations.

Which agents are already in Exact Online and AFAS?

Existing users already have Dutch AI without another platform. Exact Online lists Purchase, Bank, Support, and Debtor Agents (September 30, 2026). It claims 98% Purchase accuracy and up to 20% lower Debtor DSO, vendor claims rather than independent measurements. Administrations reside on AWS Ireland; files on Azure Ireland and Netherlands.

AFAS, Dutch business software, bundles Jonas: AI workflow instructions, field filling, spoken tasks, source-based assistant, vacancy matching, tax-return help (September 30, 2026). It says, in translation, “We work according to the European AI Act.” No separate Jonas price appears; buttons lead to brochures or appointments.

These agents remain package-bound. Exact’s invoice agent does not read your shared mailbox, find external agreements, or reply to customers. Within-package relief is the fastest, cheapest start because you already pay. For stranded cross-package work, it surrounds one administration.

Which priced platforms need existing environments?

Microsoft and Salesforce publish Dutch euro prices but require ecosystems. This is direct access for existing users rather than a twenty-person office starting from zero.

Power Automate Premium costs €13 per user monthly annually billed, excluding VAT. Unattended bots add €130; hosted bots €186.30 (Microsoft, September 30, 2026). The 30-day trial supports standard connectors only. Microsoft 365 Copilot costs €26 per user monthly, with eligible business plans and possible market/language exclusions (Microsoft, September 30, 2026). Copilot Studio costs €173.30 per 25,000-credit monthly pack and requires Azure for agents.

Agentforce lists €500 per 100,000 Flex Credits, €5 monthly user licenses, and €2 conversations (Salesforce, September 30, 2026). Actions cost 20 credits: €0.10 each, €100 per thousand. It promises starting without upfront commitment, but purchase blocks end at contact sales and require Salesforce environments.

Ten Power Automate users cost €130 monthly before bots. n8n Starter costs €20 with unlimited users. This compares licenses rather than equal connectors: Power Automate also runs desktop flows unavailable in n8n.

Which announced AI agents remain unavailable in the Netherlands?

Late-September American announcements are mostly unavailable in the described form. Dots launched September 29 (OpenAI; our newsletter). Help specifies: “Dots are rolling out today in ChatGPT to Pro users in markets excluding the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the UK. Dots are also available to Business Premium users across all supported ChatGPT regions.” (September 30, 2026)

Dutch $100 Pro does not provide Dots; Business Premium does. At $100 per user monthly annually paid and at least two users, minimum access is $200 monthly. “Access may take several days to reach your account.” Specialized Dots are “focused enterprise pilots,” rather than self-service.

Muse for Small Business launched the same day and is “available in the US and Canada” (Meta, September 29), without an EU date.

Relay.app stopped new customers July 16, 2026, and removed paid accounts after September 14 (aibizhub, verified Sept. 28). Relevance AI now lists only “Enterprise” and “Talk to sales” (September 30), despite older $19 guides. OpenAI announced plans September 11 to phase out custom GPTs for plugins (OpenAI, September 11, 2026). Last year’s builders must migrate.

What is minimum first-year purchasing?

These are entry thresholds excluding VAT, rather than total costs or equal scopes. Workflow users build themselves; Bombos includes guidance.

Entry Calculation First year Included
Make Core About $9 × 12 About $108 10,000 monthly credits, self-build
Zapier Professional $19.99 × 12 $239.88 Lowest tier; with Agents Pro, $33.33 × 12, $639.84
n8n Starter €20 × 12 €240 2,500 monthly runs, unlimited users
Business, 2 Standard 2 × $20 × 12 $480 Chat and agents, no Dots
Business, 2 Premium 2 × $100 × 12 $2,400 EEA Dots
Dust, 5 Pro 5 × €24 × 12 €1,440 8,000 monthly credits per user
Lindy, 5 Plus 5 × $29.99 × 12 $1,799.40 3,000 monthly credits per user
Copilot Studio, 1 pack €173.30 × 12 €2,079.60 25,000 credits, plus Azure and Microsoft 365
Salesforce Flex Credits €500 per 100,000 From €500 Credits only, environment separate
Bombos €2,000 pilot + 9 × €1,000 €11,000 Three months’ guidance, then ongoing

Why does the same workflow cost differently?

Zapier counts successful-step tasks. Make counts module credits, since August 27, 2026 (September 30). n8n counts full runs “regardless of complexity” (September 30). Lindy, Dust, and Gumloop count credits per user or pool. Salesforce uses 20 per action.

For a ten-step chain running a thousand times monthly, reading email and attachments, finding customers, posting, confirming:

Meter Monthly units Fits entry?
Zapier tasks 1,000 × 10 = 10,000 Exceeds 100 free tasks
Make credits 1,000 × 10 = 10,000 Exactly Core cap
n8n runs 1,000 × 1 = 1,000 Within Starter’s 2,500
Salesforce credits 1,000 × 10 × 20 = 200,000 €1,000 if each is an Agentforce action

Assume one unit per step, no filters, errors, or extra AI. Zapier MCP calls count two tasks (September 30).

Step-based bills rise as automation works more: more runs and steps. Run-based billing or included agents reverses that effect.

Why is availability a category question?

Our position: categories matter more than names for Dutch SMEs. Open platforms are cheap but do not center Dutch accounting. Exact and AFAS already serve over 675,000 businesses and over 14,000 organizations, in Dutch, but remain package-bound. Microsoft and Salesforce require environments. Always-on Pro Dots and Muse remain unavailable locally.

Europe gets construction kits before AI agents. Following American announcements suggests absence; opening Make enables same-afternoon starts. The gap concerns category.

Accounts scale; people configuring initial tasks remain scarce. Wadline lists 28 Dutch automation agencies with $20,000 median minimum projects (September 29, 2026). See build or outsource.

Where is this heading?

From July 16 to September 30, Relay closed registrations, Make switched credits, OpenAI announced custom GPT retirement, and Dots and Muse launched: five shifts in eleven weeks. Relevance also lacks entry pricing.

Our expectation: by late 2027, always-on agents such as Dots are standard EEA business-subscription features rather than personal-subscription features. OpenAI excluded EEA Pro but included Business Premium across supported regions. Open AI-native platforms shift toward sales, while workflow platforms integrate agents into billing.

A missing product works across Exact, AFAS, Twinfield, accounting software, and shared email, with enforced approval and no developer. The hypothesis fails if OpenAI or Microsoft offers approved Exact/AFAS connections, or Exact crosses package boundaries.

Bombos aims to handle stranded work in your systems with approval in Bombos and teams teaching subsequent tasks.

What can this overview not yet do?

We opened pages rather than registering every platform and testing Dutch invoices. No table proves same-afternoon operation in your Exact administration.

Zapier and n8n Cloud maker prices use text-inaccessible widgets. Figures come from UsagePricing, September 28, and Toolradar, September. Make’s $9 annual and $12 monthly figures come from two sources. Open pages yourself when deciding.

We did not open UiPath, Workato, Activepieces, Anthropic, Google, or Exact’s rate sheet this round. Absence is not a judgment.

Exact’s accuracy and DSO are marketing. Dots roll out gradually; today’s open product may disappear like Relay.

How does Bombos approach this?

Bombos starts with a free, nonbinding callback rather than self-service. Leave your number at contact.

Chef routes work; Wegwijzer guides you. Specialists work in Exact, AFAS, Twinfield, Microsoft 365, or existing software. Bombos reads, finds customer files, and proposes. You approve, change, or reject in Bombos; results then reach software. Payments, customer messages, and contracts wait by default. Interviews record undocumented knowledge.

The pilot is €2,000 for three months, then €1,000 monthly for everyone. No IT department is needed. See the initial pilot. The goal is more work at higher quality with the same team. Your team teaches subsequent tasks without technical skills.
