We already have someone for AI. Why this, then?
Great, keep them. A good AI agency builds custom tools, and that does not clash with bombos: we are not a project but a colleague that works along in your systems and learns from your corrections. You notice the difference after a few months. A project is finished and stays the way it is. A worker is never finished and gets a little quieter every week.
What exactly can a worker do?
Anything your connected systems allow: reading and sending mail, managing calendars, matching receipts and invoices, enriching leads, building reports. A worker proposes a new connection when they need one; you approve it once.
What if a worker gets something wrong?
Irreversible steps (paying, deleting, contracts) always come to you first. And because every session leaves a full decision trail, you see exactly what happened and where it went wrong, so you can correct course right away.
Is this safe with our data?
Yes. bombos runs entirely on EU servers and works in line with the GDPR; your data stays in Europe. Keys and passwords live in a vault; workers use the connection but never see them. You see and manage what is in the memory yourself, deleting is always possible and you can revoke access per worker and per connection whenever you want.
How long does it take to get started?
Not long. bombos learns your tools and way of working by itself and proposes what it can take over; you approve where needed. And you are not on your own: especially at the start you get personal guidance from us. Then your first worker starts with something small and recurring.
What does it cost?
The pilot is paid: €2,000 for three months, instead of the regular €1,000 a month. That is fixed up front, so no surprises afterwards. After the pilot we talk about what comes next. And you can stop any month.
What do you expect from a pilot customer?
That you actually use bombos and tell us honestly what works and what does not. In return we set it up together and you get personal guidance, especially at the start. That way the product gets better and your work gets lighter.
Does it work in Dutch?
Yes. The workers speak both Dutch and English and switch per conversation. Handy when you mail customers or colleagues in both languages.
