We already have someone for AI. Why this, then?
You simply keep them. A good AI agency builds custom tools, and that does not clash with Bombos: it is not a project but an AI agent that works along in your own systems and learns from your corrections. You notice the difference after a few months. A project is finished and stays the way it is. A worker is never finished and gets a little quieter every week.
What exactly can a worker do?
The work that runs through your own systems: reading mail and messages, getting an answer ready, keeping calendars up to date, matching receipts, laying invoices next to the order, building reports. Nothing is sent until you have given your approval. If a worker needs access to a system, they ask you for it.
What if a worker gets something wrong?
You see it before it goes out the door. A payment, a message to a customer and a contract wait for your approval by default. It cannot be switched off by accident. This is where things stand now, not an end point: as a worker earns your trust and the technology and the rules move on, more can happen without anyone stepping in. We take that step together with you, per kind of work, and it is then your deliberate choice. If something did go wrong, you read back what the proposal was based on.
Is this safe with our data?
Yes. Your data stays yours. Bombos runs entirely on our own servers in Europe, models included, and we have the GDPR side of it in order. Keys and passwords live in a vault; workers use the connection but never see them. You see and manage yourself what Bombos knows about your company, deleting is always possible and you can revoke access per worker whenever you want.
How long does it take to get started?
We visit you in the first week and set up the first task with you. Bombos gets to know your way of working and proposes what it can take over; you approve. What only lives in someone's head, Bombos interviews you about, so that it is written down for next time. Then your first worker starts with something small that comes back every week.
What does it cost?
The pilot costs €2,000 for three months, after that it is €1,000 a month. That is the same for everyone and fixed up front, so no surprises afterwards.
What do you expect from us in those three months?
That you actually use Bombos and tell us honestly what works and what does not. In return we set it up together and you get personal guidance, especially at the start. That way the product gets better and your work gets lighter.
Does it work in Dutch?
Yes. The workers speak both Dutch and English and switch per conversation. Handy when you mail customers or colleagues in both languages.
