What we do with your data: on this site, when you contact us and when we reach out to your business.

bombos is built in the Netherlands and we deliberately keep our data processing small and transparent. This page is about this website, the contact you have with us and the businesses we reach out to. Are you a pilot customer? Then we make separate, personal arrangements with you about the data the workers process for you.

What we collect

  • Visit statistics. We measure anonymously how many people visit the site and which pages are popular, without cookies and without tracking you personally.
  • Contact details. If you email us, we keep your name, email address and what you tell us, only so we can reply.

We collect nothing more through this site. We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

When we reach out to your business

We contact Dutch SMEs by email and sometimes by phone with one question: may we show you what an AI coworker would do in your own work. That is a 45 minute demonstration, and afterwards you decide whether you want to go further. For your data this means:

  • What we use. Your company name, public business details (sector, location, website, legal form), a business email address or phone number, and, if you talk or write to us, our correspondence, any appointments made and what you tell us about the work we show in the demonstration.
  • Where it comes from. Public sources, mainly your own company website; we use AI tooling to help. For each contact detail we record where we found it, so we can always tell you how we got your data. Anything you give us yourself by phone or email is recorded with a date.
  • Why this is allowed. Our legitimate interest: getting in touch with businesses that may benefit from our product, using as little data as possible and business channels only. Where the law requires consent, for example for calling sole traders and other businesses without legal personality, we only contact you with your consent.
  • How long we keep it. If nothing comes of it, we delete your data no later than 12 months after the last contact; after a rejection within 3 months. If you say "no more messages", we keep only the minimum (your contact detail and the date of your request) so we never approach you again.
  • Stopping immediately. Do not want to be contacted (anymore)? One reply, an email to [email protected] or a call to +31 6 46512458 is enough. We stop right away, by email and by phone.

Services we use

To make the site, the contact and our own administration work, we rely on a few trusted parties:

This page is about this website and about contacting us. The bombos platform itself runs on our own servers in Europe and does not use these services. Want to know exactly how that works, then we will send it to you.

  • Hetzner provides the server this website runs on. It is located in Germany, so inside the EU.
  • Migadu delivers our email, including the message you leave through the form on this site.
  • Attio is our customer record system; it holds your email address with a note of where we met.
  • Google is used for Analytics and Ads (only with your consent, see above) and for our own calendar.
  • Anthropic is used for AI support in processing public business data.

Your rights

You can always request the data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. You can also always object to the use of your data for our outreach; we then stop immediately. One email is enough and we will sort it out. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Questions about privacy? Email us at [email protected] and you will simply get a human.

This is a brief version that fits our pilot phase. As bombos grows, we will expand this into a full privacy statement. Last updated: 3 September 2026.
