How do you connect Bullhorn to your inbox so that hours from email become time entries on the right placement?
You connect Bullhorn to your inbox by putting Bombos next to it. Bombos reads the hours and the messages around them, such as a correction from a worker or a note from a client supervisor, and looks up the placement and the contract in Bullhorn. The time entries are ready with every difference and its reason, and after your approval in Bombos they are in Bullhorn. It works next to Bullhorn, not instead of it.
What Does Bullhorn Already Do, and What Not?
Bullhorn does a lot by itself. Its Middle Office offers flexible time collection with placement information at hand, and invoices are generated to each client's requirements. Amplify, Bullhorn's AI product with its own license, adds Amplify Audit, which checks every placement, timesheet and charge against rules your team writes in plain language, so errors are caught before they hit payroll. Bullhorn lists Amplify Extract, which reads timesheets and credentialing documents in any format, as coming soon.
What stays in your mailbox is the conversation around the hours. A client supervisor emails that the Saturday shift was agreed after all. A worker writes that Tuesday was eight hours, not ten, after the timesheet went in. A PDF from a client covers two placements at once. Your back office staff read those emails next to Bullhorn and work out which placement each one is about.
That groundwork is what Bombos prepares. It reads the email and the attachment, looks up the placement and the contract in Bullhorn, lays out the time entries with every difference and its reason, and drafts the question to the client or the worker about what is missing. What only your recruiter knows about a client, Bombos asks about and records, so it counts next time.
Which Tasks Run on Bullhorn?
Each task below starts in your inbox or in a text message and ends in Bullhorn after your approval in Bombos. Hours become time entries on the right placement, with the client email that explains a difference attached. A candidate who applied by email gets an answer before a competitor calls. A question from a client lands with the person who owns it, with a draft reply ready. Every proposal carries the email it came from, so your back office checks it in a glance instead of searching the inbox. Your recruiters keep working in Bullhorn the way they do now. You start with one task. After that, your own team teaches Bombos the next one, and you do not need to be technical for that.
What Changes in Your Week?
The payroll run no longer waits for someone to dig through the inbox. On Monday morning every correction that came in over the weekend already has a proposal next to it, with the placement and the reason. Questions to clients about missing hours went out on Friday, not on Tuesday. That is how you do more with the same team, and the work gets better too.
You get that for less than half a day a week of the employee you would otherwise hire. We set up the first task together with you, with your own Bullhorn and your own mailbox. After that you can do it yourself, and your back office teaches Bombos the next task. The time that frees up goes to clients and candidates.
What Doesn't Go Out Without Your Approval?
Bombos books no time entries in Bullhorn, changes no placement and sends no message to a client, a worker or a candidate until someone at your company presses Approve in Bombos. That goes for a client you have worked with for years too. That limit is always on. Only Bombos can switch it off, at your explicit request and at your own risk.
For every step you can read back afterwards what happened and why. For the work inside your office, such as looking things up, checking and preparing, you decide how much Bombos does ahead of time; messages to customers and payments always wait for your approval. A proposal can be wrong, even when the reason sounds believable. When in doubt, Bombos asks instead of guessing.
