Costs and offers

Which AI agent platform integrates with existing software?

Compare integrations with Dutch software: what is included, who supports reading and writing, and where extra costs and maintenance arise.

AI agent platforms with integrations include Make, Zapier, and n8n. A complete solution also needs configuration, agreed read and write actions, usage capacity, and maintenance. An available connector proves only part of that.

For a Dutch business, what matters is whether a connection to Exact, Dutch accounting software, AFAS, Dutch business software, or Moneybird, online accounting software, completes your work. This page compares documented connections, billing units, and maintenance agreements as of September 30, 2026. Vendor sources establish features and terms, rather than independently proving error-free daily operation.

The short answer

  • Make lists 32 Moneybird modules: 4 triggers, 21 actions, and 7 searches, maintained by Make. Make, September 30, 2026
  • Make’s Exact Online apps have different maintainers and payment terms. SnelStart, Dutch bookkeeping software, is a community app requiring third-party payment. Exact catalog, SnelStart catalog, September 30, 2026
  • Moneybird’s own AI connection offers read-only and read/write access, but does not support invoice sending, for example. Moneybird, September 30, 2026
  • n8n Starter costs €20 monthly, billed annually, for 2,500 workflow executions. Available integrations and unlimited steps are included. n8n, September 30, 2026
  • A Zapier MCP call consumes 2 tasks. Thus 1,000 calls mean 2,000 tasks before other usage. Zapier, September 30, 2026
  • Microsoft marks its documented Exact Online Premium connector as deprecated. A discoverable documentation page does not prove current availability. Microsoft, September 30, 2026

What exactly should “integrations included” mean?

For your business, integrations are fully included only when the vendor delivers the connection, agreed behavior, and maintenance. That is our purchasing standard here. Access to a connector library is a narrower offer.

Split the quote into five parts. Access: required software edition, company administrations, and permissions. Actions: data retrieved, created, or changed. Setup: who connects your customer IDs, projects, and posting rules. Usage: included volumes, attachments, and peaks. Maintenance: who repairs the connection when software changes.

n8n’s pricing page says all integrations are included. Its documentation says unsupported services require you to configure access and calls yourself. Included tools do not mean a delivered business task. n8n pricing, n8n documentation, September 30, 2026

Request one verifiable delivery statement: “The approved purchase invoice enters administration A with project, attachment, and source reference; errors remain visible until resolved.” This makes the outcome checkable. For technical suitability, see connecting software to existing business systems.

Which platforms demonstrably support Dutch packages?

Make and Zapier publish specific Dutch software connections. n8n also provides API connection tools. An API is the access through which software exchanges data. This snapshot distinguishes existing connectors from development routes.

Package and route Documented support What the offer must still establish
Moneybird through Make 32 modules, including creating contacts and purchase and sales invoices; Make maintains the app. Source Configure posting rules and monitor the whole task
Exact Online through Make Community offerings from Intodata, debesis, and MAXMEL Tech, among others; “Free” and “3rd Party Payment” both appear. Source Chosen maker, actions, and separate charges
SnelStart through Make Community app from #makeitfuture., requiring third-party payment. Source Required actions, price, and maintenance agreement
Moneybird through Zapier Find contacts, create and send invoices, add attachments, among other actions. Source Permitted actions and task consumption
Moneybird directly through MCP Its own read-only or read/write AI connection. Source Whether actions cover your complete task
AFAS through configured connectors GetConnectors retrieve data; UpdateConnectors add, change, or delete. Source Builder, access setup, and evidence of certification
Visma Nmbrs through custom integration HR and payroll software with a REST API requiring developer registration, subscription key, test account, and app registration. Source Delivered and maintained HR or payroll actions
Twinfield through custom integration Accounting software with web services for documents and transactions, including reading and processing. Source Development, certification, error handling, and capacity

All table sources were opened on September 30, 2026. The last three rows establish vendor access rather than ready-made agents. n8n can use an HTTP request as an agent tool, but that does not establish a tested connection to your administration. n8n, September 30, 2026

Syntess Atrium, software for installation businesses, describes editions, add-ons, and partner connections. This does not establish a general included Make, Zapier, or n8n connector. Ask for your edition’s route. Syntess, September 30, 2026 Also specify the exact Visma product, such as Nmbrs. The group name alone is not a testable integration agreement.

Why do reading and writing not mean complete handling?

A connection can create data without supporting every subsequent business step. Moneybird’s own AI connection can create or change contacts and invoices. Sending invoices, recording or linking payments, and document attachments are excluded. Deletion is never possible through this AI connection. Moneybird, September 30, 2026

Moneybird’s Zapier app separately lists invoice sending and attachments. The same package name therefore means different things by route. This concerns access routes, rather than proving the underlying software lacks those actions. Zapier, September 30, 2026

Distinguish lookup, draft creation, changing existing data, and final execution in the quote. Record where approval occurs. Looking up a supplier requires different permissions from changing its bank account.

AFAS makes this explicit: an AppConnector specifies permitted GetConnectors and UpdateConnectors. “AFAS connected” does not establish allowed actions. AFAS, September 30, 2026 See can ChatGPT operate your accounting package? for access versus permission.

What hidden costs arise beyond the subscription?

Extra costs include package access, connector licenses, usage, configuration, and recurring management. Name each separately, even within a combined price.

Make’s SnelStart catalog lists third-party payment without an amount. A quote lacking that price is incomplete. Make, September 30, 2026

Billing unit Published details, September 30, 2026 Meaning for buyers
Make Free $0; at most 1,000 monthly credits; minimum 15 minutes between scheduled runs. Pricing Free access does not establish sufficient volume or response speed
n8n Starter €20 monthly, billed annually; 2,500 executions with unlimited steps. Pricing Count full executions according to workflow structure
n8n Pro €50 monthly, billed annually; 10,000 executions. Pricing More executions, without a charge per individual step
Zapier MCP 2 tasks per tool call. Usage pricing One file may require several paid calls

These are software prices and usage units, rather than quotes for configured administration. Check currency, taxes, and billing period when ordering. Dividing an annual amount by twelve does not make a subscription cancelable monthly.

Also include data conversion, additional company administrations, test environments, attachment storage, and recovery. A missing customer ID requires a search. A nonexistent customer requires creation and checking. These branches are work and belong in the budget. See administrative AI automation costs.

How do you fairly compare credits, tasks, and executions?

Compare the same fully processed business task. A credit, Zapier task, and n8n execution are not interchangeable amounts of work.

Calculation, not field measurement: take 1,000 files monthly with 6 simple connector actions each. Make’s pricing page counts one module action as one credit. Under that assumption, the actions total 6,000 credits. This simplified example excludes AI usage, additional searches, and recovery. Make, September 30, 2026

Through Zapier MCP, the same actions consume 1,000 × 6 × 2 = 12,000 tasks. n8n counts 1,000 executions if every file generates exactly one counted workflow execution. Different structure changes that result. Zapier pricing, n8n pricing, September 30, 2026

This does not identify the cheapest platform. Counts show required billing units rather than equal-quality costs. A shorter workflow skipping attachments delivers less work.

Our comparison is total monthly costs divided by correctly completed files. Include software, connectors, maintenance, and human review. Also request a peak-month calculation. Growth may require extra usage, a more expensive subscription, and more management.

Which limits can make a cheap connection expensive?

Capacity limits determine simultaneous work even when the agent platform has room. Certification and document size can change the design.

Twinfield charges 1 API credit for retrieval requests and 3 for others. A certified application-organization combination gets at most 500 credits per minute. New uncertified applications receive 5 percent of that limit, 25 credits per minute, a factor of 20 difference. These measure capacity rather than euros. Other limits can intervene earlier, and maxima are not guaranteed. Twinfield, September 30, 2026

For a large initial import, ask about certification and test expected volume. More expensive AI does not change the accounting package queue. Twinfield explicitly requires monitoring, bounded concurrency, and retries with increasing delays after hitting limits. Someone must configure that.

File size is another boundary. Make lists 5 MB per file on Free, 100 MB on Core, and 250 MB on Pro. AFAS lists 75 MB for a complete API call. Make, AFAS, September 30, 2026 A larger limit on one side does not remove a smaller one on the other. Include a large real scan in the trial.

Who maintains the connection when software changes?

Maintenance means updating the connector and checking that your configured task remains correct. Different parties may own these responsibilities.

Make maintains Moneybird, while community providers maintain Exact Online within the same catalog. Connector updates do not automatically check your project field, customer selection, or exception rules. Moneybird, Exact Online, September 30, 2026

Separate vendor software changes, your configuration changes, and new work. For each, identify who detects, tests, executes, and pays. Agree whether recovering stranded files is included.

If software saves an invoice but loses the confirmation, blindly retrying can create a duplicate. Recovery should first check whether the intended change already exists. Include this in delivery, with recognizable file IDs and a visible work queue.

Microsoft’s documentation gives another reason to buy maintenance explicitly: Exact Online Premium is DEPRECATED, with four entity triggers. This does not mean every Exact route disappeared. It means assessing the chosen connector separately. Microsoft, September 30, 2026

Which agreements belong in the quote?

A good quote specifies connections by package, company administration, and action. “We connect to Exact” is too broad. These requirements are our purchasing proposal, rather than vendors’ standard terms.

Agreement Verifiable detail
Scope Named packages, editions, administrations, mailboxes, and operations
Access Who grants and manages permissions, and how access is revoked
Delivery Correctly read data, approved proposal, retrieved result, handled errors
Money One-time setup, monthly charges, external connectors, usage allowance, extra-work rates
Changes Who follows package updates, retests tasks, and repairs deviations
Handover Instructions, settings, logs, and any custom code supplied when cooperation ends

Ask exactly what certification covers. AFAS stresses that certifying a connection does not mean testing or approving the whole underlying AI solution. Its opened page also has March and June 2026 reference dates. Those do not establish the September 30 number of certified AI integrations. AFAS, September 30, 2026

Separate connection maintenance from general user help. See setup and support for availability and incident handling, and AI errors and review for organizing checks.

Why buy completed work rather than connector counts?

Our position: for an SME, the main value of “integrations included” is someone taking responsibility for the whole task. The same package has different routes, one catalog has different maintainers, and platforms bill the same work differently.

A large library does not resolve those differences. If an agent creates an invoice with a project ID but cannot send its attachment through the chosen route, someone must intervene. The process remains partly manual even with every package logo on the website.

Compare how many required actions demonstrably work, are checked, and have a named maintainer. Fewer connectors can score better. Cheap development environments remain sensible when you have someone who can own setup and management. Outsourcing adds value when responsibility is actually transferred.

Where is this heading?

Connections are becoming easier and permissions more granular. Moneybird’s changelog lists a reporting API on October 22, 2025, configurable permission for other users to create connections on December 9, 2025, and read-only API keys on March 18, 2026. Three relevant additions in about five months at one vendor do not measure whole-market growth. Moneybird changelog, opened September 30, 2026

MCP is a standard allowing AI to call tools. It simplifies connection, but does not decide posting authority, exception meaning, or maintenance ownership.

Our expectation: by late 2027, merely connecting common software will be less distinctive. Demonstrable management of actions and exceptions will matter more in purchasing. As vendors offer AI access themselves, remaining work shifts to business rules and handoffs between packages. This fails if vendors restrict access, sharply raise costs, or standard connection maintenance proves unreliable.

Bombos’s direction is handling those connections and changes while your team keeps approving work in Bombos. This is a development direction rather than a dated promise of universal coverage.

What can this not yet do?

This comparison establishes available features and published terms rather than error rates or total implementation prices. We did not run identical practical tests across all packages. The opened sources lack a substantiated standard Syntess route through the compared platforms. That is an evidence gap, rather than proof of impossibility.

A connector does not fix missing business knowledge. Without a recorded agreement, a system cannot know why you treat a customer differently. Bombos interviews you to record that knowledge.

No public contractual Bombos matrix was found covering included connector licenses, usage limits, every update activity, and extra-work rates. We therefore do not describe the offer as unlimited or fully inclusive of external costs. We also have no published customer cases or comparative outcomes to cite.

How does Bombos approach this?

Bombos configures AI agents around your work in existing software. The goal is more work at higher quality with the same team. Chef distributes incoming work. Wegwijzer explains and helps set boundaries. We build specialists around your tasks and rules.

Connections to Exact, AFAS, Visma, Twinfield, Moneybird, SnelStart, Nmbrs, Syntess, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace belong to this work. Bombos reads and writes after your approval. We arrange access and management with your software vendor or administrator, as in working without an IT department. We specify the Visma product or software edition.

Bombos reads email and documents, finds the customer and file, and prepares a supported proposal. You approve, change, and reject in Bombos. The result then appears in connected software. Corrections become rules for coworkers too. Payments, customer messages, and contracts wait for approval by default. This boundary is technically enforced. You cannot disable it yourself; Bombos can do so at your request and risk.

The pilot costs €2,000 for three months, then €1,000 monthly. This is our offer, rather than a market average. Do not infer that every external license or future expansion is included. Specific integration agreements belong in the proposal. Working with your own software explains the process. We guide the start; then your team teaches Bombos the next task, without technical skills.
