# Hours out of a photo

After three months, not only are the hours complete at the end of the week without you having to chase them. **Your whole team works more efficiently, that is our promise.** And if not, you get your money back. We start with your timesheets: Bombos gets the hours from the photos ready for BambooHR, and you approve.

Mehmet sends a photo of his timesheet. Bombos reads the hours, hesitates over the Saturday and asks.

## Who Turns That Timesheet Into Hour Lines?

Right now your payroll staff do that, with the photo next to them. A temp worker sends a crooked phone photo of his handwritten weekly timesheet over WhatsApp, with Saturday added at the bottom. A separate Excel file comes in for a different placement, and a message adds a correction to hours already turned in. For payroll it all has to end up in the same shape: one line per day per placement. From the photo alone you can't see whether that extra day was agreed, so you work out what belongs to whom and go and check that agreement. Meanwhile next week is already filling up.

## Can't BambooHR Simply Take Those Hours?

BambooHR keeps timesheets that staff fill by clocking in or entering hours in the app, and a manager approves them with one click. That works once the hours are entered there. A crooked WhatsApp photo and a loose Excel file are not yet hour lines that have been checked against the right placement. That gap, from a crooked photo to a reviewed line, is exactly the work Bombos prepares.

Using different software? Bombos works with the software you already have, for example:

- [BambooHR](https://bombos.ai/en/integrations/bamboohr/)
- [Bullhorn](https://bombos.ai/en/integrations/bullhorn/)
- [Avionté](https://bombos.ai/en/integrations/avionte/)
- [TempWorks](https://bombos.ai/en/integrations/tempworks/)
- [Outlook and the rest of Microsoft 365](https://bombos.ai/en/integrations/microsoft-365/)
-

## What Is Ready Before You Do Anything?

The hours per day, against the right placement, with the client company and the reason alongside. Bombos reads the photo from WhatsApp, looks up the placement and lays out the lines. You see which details were taken from the timesheet, and anything that departs from the agreed rules stands as a question next to the proposal.

Next to Saturday it says: no Saturday work is on record for this placement, is this line correct? You lay the proposed hours next to the photo and check the days and the placement, including the lines without a question. You note that the Saturday work was agreed with the client company, fill in the missing agreement and approve the proposal. The timesheets are the first task; after that, the same team processes more work, and does it better.

After your approval the hours are in BambooHR, per day per placement. You never had to open the software for this. Your correction is on record and applies to the next timesheet, and there too you decide on the proposal. That is how Bombos learns how you handle hours. If Saturday shows up more often at the same client company, Bombos proposes a standing rule, with the earlier timesheets as the reason.

## Can Bombos Do More Than Timesheets?

Yes. Timesheets are where it starts. A staffing agency has plenty of similar work: recording a new placement, preparing a contract, answering a question from a client company. Someone finds the details and prepares the next step in BambooHR. If your agency is growing fast and you do not want headcount to grow with it, that is where the room is.

**Bombos helps the same organization do more work, at a higher quality.** It takes pressure off your payroll staff, and means you do not have to hire someone first just to keep up with growth.

After the timesheets, your own team teaches Bombos the next task, with no technical knowledge required. Anyone can automate new tasks with Bombos, and your people learn to work with AI along the way. We guide you through the first step. After that you can do it yourself. We do not want you to keep coming back to us. That is how your organization becomes more effective with AI.

## How Do You Start, and What Does It Cost?

In the first week we sit with you and watch where the timesheets come in. Bombos asks what it needs to capture how you work. Where is it written down which candidate works for which client company? What is the rule when Saturday hours show up on the photo? What only the scheduler knows, Bombos interviews him about, and we write it down together before it is used as a rule. You don't get a new software package on top of what you have.

First the timesheets. With every correction, Bombos knows the way you work better. After that, your own office teaches Bombos the next task. The first three months cost €2,000, after that it is €1,000 a month. More work with the same team, or you get your money back.

## What Doesn't Go Out Without Your Approval?

No hours are booked in BambooHR and no message goes to the client company or the candidate until someone at your company presses Approve. That limit is always on. You cannot switch it off yourself; if you want that anyway, only we can do it for you, and then at your own risk. A proposal can be wrong, even without a flagged question, so you keep checking the whole proposal. An agreement that only lives in someone's head is one Bombos interviews you about before it bases a rule on it. The work sits between what someone writes on a timesheet and what you can account for on the placement.

## Leave your number and we'll call you back to talk through your situation.

Leave your number and we call you back to talk through your situation. Feel free to tell us how timesheets come in and where processing them gets stuck. You will speak to someone who knows this work. Prefer email? Filling in your email address alone is enough too.
