Claude wins on price per user: $20 per month for Pro is competitive. That amount buys access for one person. You do not get a company memory with it, because sharing projects with colleagues is only available on Team and Enterprise. You do not get decisions that belong to the business, or anyone who sits down with you to set up the first process. With Bombos, all of that is included in one price, for the whole business.

## From tasks per person to a memory per business

### What Jan teaches Claude, Marieke’s Claude does not know

Jan in administration teaches his Claude that invoices from that particular supplier always go to cost centre 4300. That sits in Jan’s personal memory. Marieke, two desks away, asks her own Claude the same thing and gets a different answer. Account owners cannot view or edit users’ individual memories. Anthropic helps in writing, through a help window and email, where Fin passes questions to people. Enterprise customers arrange a live working session through their account team. ### One door to the outside, with a lock on customer email

Claude can edit and delete files. Anthropic therefore recommends a separate working folder, backups, and monitoring unexpected steps, and warns about sensitive data in scheduled tasks. ### Does Claude Cowork work in the Netherlands and in Dutch?

### What does it cost per month?

### Does it send emails itself?

Claude acts according to the access and approval settings you give it; Anthropic also describes working without approving every step. Bombos prepares the email, and it only goes out after your approval. ### Can Claude Cowork take over all the administration?
