# The attachment ends up where it belongs

After three months, not only is the right client file ready for every attachment. **Your whole team works more efficiently, that is our promise.** And if not, you get your money back. We start with the attachments in your email: Bombos finds the client and the file in SharePoint or your own folders, and you approve.

A claim form with four photos comes in. Bombos files it and reports the claim, once Pim says yes.

## Where Does This Claim Form Belong, and Who Works That Out?

Right now a member of staff works that out, email by email. A client emails a claim form, with four photos of the same dent. You read the email, open the attachment and look up the policy. Then you file everything and type a confirmation, same as yesterday. The form itself doesn't say which client and which policy it belongs to; for that you need the license plate and the client's details. Until you have worked that out, the form sits in your mail.

## Can't SharePoint Do This Itself?

SharePoint keeps your documents, but it does not decide which client and which file an attachment belongs to. Your folders are already there and Bombos works with them: you don't have to move your files or set up a new filing system. We start with the work you still do by hand, deciding where an incoming attachment belongs. A change of address or a new policy comes in the same way and has to reach the right file too. The policy details and your own way of filing stay the basis for that.

Using different software? Bombos works with the software you already have, for example:

- [HawkSoft](https://bombos.ai/en/integrations/hawksoft/)
- [EZLynx](https://bombos.ai/en/integrations/ezlynx/)
- [QQCatalyst](https://bombos.ai/en/integrations/qqcatalyst/)
- [AMS360](https://bombos.ai/en/integrations/ams360/)
- [SharePoint, Outlook and the rest of Microsoft 365](https://bombos.ai/en/integrations/microsoft-365/)

## What Is Ready Before You Do Anything?

The proposal names the file, with the reason underneath. Bombos reads the email and the claim form and looks up the client, the policy and the file: the claim file under the car insurance policy, because the license plate on the form matches the one on the policy. The confirmation is ready to review.

You see which attachments belong with the proposal. One photo is blurry, so Bombos asks whether it should go in the file anyway. You read the reason, confirm the photo can stay in, check the file and the confirmation, and approve. After that the form and the photos are in the file and the confirmation goes to the client. You never had to open your filing system for this. The attachments are the first task; after that, the same office can handle more.

If this kind of form belongs in a different file at your company, you adjust the proposal and say why. Bombos records that reason and uses it on the next form. That is how Bombos learns the way you work, and your colleague sees the same reason. A proposal without a flagged question can be wrong too, so you check the chosen client and policy.

## What Else Can Your Office Do After the Attachments?

Attachments are where it starts. An office receives similar work throughout the day: a change of address, a new policy, a question from the insurer. Someone reads it, finds the client and prepares what comes next. If your office is growing fast and you do not want headcount to grow with it, that is where the room is.

**Bombos helps the same organization do more work, at a higher quality.** Your people have more time for the client on the phone, and you do not have to hire someone first.

After the attachments, your own team teaches Bombos the next task. You do not need to be technical. Anyone can automate new tasks with Bombos, and your people learn to work with AI along the way. We guide you through the first step, and after that you can do it yourself. We do not want you to keep coming back to us. That is how your office becomes more effective with AI.

## How Do You Start, and What Does It Cost?

In the first week we sit with you and watch where the mail comes in and how you organize your files. Bombos asks which folder you use for claims, and when a form belongs with an existing file. If an agreement exists only in your head, Bombos asks about it and we write it down. That way your colleague knows the reason too. No new system gets added.

First the attachments. With every correction, Bombos knows the way you work better. After that, your own office teaches Bombos the next task. On the next form there is a proposal waiting again, this time with your earlier choice as the reason, and the insurer's question alongside it. The first three months cost €2,000, after that €1,000 a month. More work with the same team, or you get your money back.

## What Doesn't Go Out Without Your Approval?

Nothing is sent, booked or saved for good until someone at your company presses Approve, and that limit is always on. If you really want it off, only we can do that for you, and then at your own risk. So a confirmation says the form has arrived, not that the claim is covered. For insurance this covers property and casualty claims only, not life insurance, disability coverage or health data. The time you get back is in working out which client and which file a form belongs to.

## Leave your number and we'll call you back to talk through your situation.

Leave your number and we call you back to talk through your situation. Feel free to tell us which attachments you file by hand today. You will speak to someone who knows this work. Prefer email? Filling in your email address alone is enough too.
